Policy Rules
Top-up funds
Your top-up amount becomes a non-refundable application fee credit. You can use these funds at any time to pay for student applications (¥500 per program, +¥300 for additional schools).
Star-level qualification
Star levels are calculated based on your accumulated lifetime top-up. Once you reach a tier, the corresponding benefits are unlocked immediately.
Star-level expiry
Star levels do not expire. However, certain time-limited benefits (e.g., free EGPC for that year) reset annually.
Application fee structure
¥500 for the first school per student. +¥300 for each additional school for the same student (40% off repeat applications). CSC, SGS, and CIS scholarships are exempt from application fees.
Service fee discount
Discount applies to all service fees including translation, document delivery, airport pickup, and consultation services.
EGPC participation
3-Star and above agents receive a free seat at the annual EGPC conference. 0-Star agents may attend by paying the standard registration fee.
ISSP Exam administration (6-Star+)
High-tier agents may administer the ISSP English proficiency exam from their own offices, generating revenue and providing convenience to local students.
Exclusive Agency rights (7-Star)
Top-tier agents become exclusive scholarship agents for one or more Chinese universities in their territory, blocking competitors and earning higher commissions.
