Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StudyBridge (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by registered education agents and agencies. Individual users acting on behalf of students must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering binding agreements under their local laws.

3. Account Registration

To use most features, you must create an account, complete identity authentication, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Application Fees

Application fees are ¥500 per program per student for the first school, +¥300 for each additional school for the same student. CSC, SGS, and CIS scholarships are exempt from application fees. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

5. Star Agent Policy

Top-up funds become non-refundable application fee credit. Star-level benefits are unlocked based on cumulative top-up amounts. Detailed policy is available on the Star Agent Policy page.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Submitting falsified documents or impersonating students
  • Reselling or sub-licensing the Platform without written consent
  • Reverse-engineering or scraping the Platform
  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Platform are the property of StudyBridge or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
