Create your StudyBridge agent account in 2 minutes, then upload required documents (business license or passport) for authentication. Approval typically within 1-3 business days.
Top up your application fee account
Add funds to your wallet to pay for student applications. Top-up amount also determines your star tier (0-7 Star) and unlocks discounts up to 50%.
Select programs and add students
Browse 100,000+ scholarship seats and 8,000+ self-financed programs. Filter by degree, language, intake, and ISSP type. Add your student, fill in details, and add to cart.
Submit application & pay fees
¥500 per program for the first school, +¥300 for each additional school for the same student (40% off repeat applications). CSC, SGS, and CIS scholarships are excluded from application fees.
Track status in real time
Pre-admission within 2 weeks for ISSP scholarships. View your application status (Submitted → In Review → Pre-admission → Approved) directly in your dashboard.
Receive admission notice & JW202 form

How much is the application fee?▾

How long does the admission process take?▾
Pre-admission for ISSP scholarships typically within 2 weeks. Final admission approval can take 1-2 months depending on the university and program.
What if my first application is rejected?▾
StudyBridge offers one free retry per failed application. We will help you re-apply to a different program at no additional cost.
Do I need to take the CSCA exam?▾
CSCA is required only for undergraduate applicants at 306 CSC universities. Master's, doctoral, language, and many self-financed programs do not require CSCA.
Can I track my application status?▾
Yes, all applications are tracked in real-time in your agent dashboard. You'll receive notifications when status changes.
