Getting Started
How do I become a StudyBridge agent?▾
Sign up for free, then complete identity authentication by uploading your business license (for companies) or passport (for individual agents). Approval takes 1-3 business days.
Is there a fee to register?▾
No, registering as an agent is completely free. You only pay when you submit student applications (¥500 per program) or top up your wallet for star-tier benefits.
Do I need previous study-abroad experience?▾
No prior experience is required. We offer free training through our Agent Workshop program to help new agents get started.
Application & Fees
How much is the application fee?▾
¥500 per student per school for the first program, then ¥300 per additional school for the same student (40% off). CSC, SGS, and CIS scholarships are exempt from application fees.
How long does admission take?▾
Pre-admission for ISSP scholarships is typically within 2 weeks. Final admission approval can take 1-2 months depending on the university and program.
What happens if my application is rejected?▾
StudyBridge offers one free retry per failed application. We will help you re-apply to a different program at no additional cost.
Can I track my application status?▾
Yes, all applications are tracked in real-time in your agent dashboard. You receive notifications when status changes.
Star Agent System
What is the Star Agent system?▾
A 0-7 tier system where you unlock benefits based on how much you have topped up your application fee account. Higher tiers get bigger discounts on service fees and exclusive privileges.
Are top-ups refundable?▾
Top-up funds are non-refundable but they become application fee credit. You can use them at any time to pay for student applications. They don't expire.
What is the difference between 6-Star and 7-Star?▾
7-Star agents get exclusive agency rights for specific universities in their territory. 6-Star agents get all the same benefits except exclusive territory rights.
CSCA & Programs
Do all students need to take the CSCA exam?▾
No. CSCA is required only for undergraduate applicants at 306 CSC universities. Master's, doctoral, language, diploma, and many self-financed programs do not require CSCA.
What languages are programs taught in?▾
Programs are offered in English, Chinese, or bilingual delivery. We have detailed filters on the Scholarships page to find programs in your preferred language.
Can MBBS students apply without CSCA?▾
Yes, many MBBS programs at non-CSC universities do not require CSCA. Use the "No CSCA required" filter on the scholarships page.
EGPC & Events
What is EGPC?▾
The Educational Global Partners Conference is our annual event held every April in Nanjing, China. It brings together 150+ Chinese universities and 200+ overseas agents for two days of one-on-one meetings and partnership opportunities.
How can I attend EGPC?▾
3-Star and above agents receive free participation. 0-Star agents may attend by paying the standard registration fee. Sign up early — seats are limited.
What is SCG?▾
Sister Conference Global — regional events held in partner countries (e.g., Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico) to bring Chinese universities directly to local agents.
